About the role:

  • Required to manage and create ETL pipelines in line with Executive Jet Support’s Power BI requirements and needs, and train junior engineers on this process.
  • A part of the IT team, you will be required to assist with IT projects and documentation and finalise product cycles in line with ISO standards.
  • Assist with developing and managing Executive Jet Support’s day to day development requirements such as Oracle, PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL databases maintenance and upgrades, CRM and ERP development.
  • You will also be an essential part of Executive Jet Support’s AI projects and development and will lead certain projects depending on skill level or business requirements.
  • Program using Python, Java, JS, HTML, XML, PowerShell and Batch. This varies on business needs.
  • Build and maintain new and existing graph API’s, and React and Rest API’s
  • Assist with any other IT tasks when needed.

 

About you:

  • Proven experience in an IT support role or similar position.
  • Good knowledge of MS365, general office hardware and software is a must.
  • Good Knowledge of Development Cycles and Frameworks
  • Knowledge of SQL and CRMs is Essential
  • Must be able to comfortably program in multiple programming languages mainly Python, Java, JS, HTML, XML, PowerShell and Batch.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure and DevOps is advantageous
  • Must understand and able to develop and maintain API’s such as Graph, Rest and React API’s
  • Comfortable developing front end and back end (Full Stack)
  • Must be able to develop in Cloud and on premise
  • Must have a strong understanding of AI and LLM’s development experience with AI in a business environment.

  • Proven ability and willingness to learn and develop your IT skills across multiple disciplines.
  • Must be comfortable in both Linux and Windows Operating systems
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to check and analyse complex data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with general office equipment and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A positive can-do attitude.
