IT Support and Innovation Technician

Full Time / Permanent
On Site in Chippenham, Wiltshire
Salary: Dependant on experience

We have an extremely exciting opportunity within the aviation industry for someone with a real passion for all things IT, including hardware, systems and data security, as well as a keen interest in new technologies, such as AI.

About you

Passionate about and has been interested in computing from an early age, both hardware and software
Methodological, logical and has good attention to detail
Has an interest and desire to research and implement new technologies inside the company, with a strong focus on AI
Previous experience in an IT support / IT generalist role.
Good knowledge of MS365, general office hardware and software is a must.
Knowledge of any of databases, SQL, CRMs is advantageous
Proven ability and willingness to learn and develop your IT skills across multiple disciplines.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as being able to work unsupervised.
