Component Support

With 50,000 part numbers and over 2 million individual parts, EJS has a stock holding to provide component support to a diverse range of aircraft types from a number of aircraft manufacturers. Should a part be unavailable from inventory, our strategic partnerships and access to all major global databases guarantees 100% component availability to all our customers.

The above component support is available to all customers on an out of hour basis, either through a call to the main switchboard number or direct to your designated support contact. We believe in constant availability of our support staff to our clients, as well as the use of multiple communication mediums so the client can feel reliably supported. These mediums include phone (mobile and landline), email, SMS, IM and VoIP, all of which are embedded into our computer infrastructure. All our support managers are supplied devices with these mediums enabled.

Financial stability allows continuous purchasing of entire airline inventories, smaller surplus packages and entire aircraft for teardown. We are always interested to receive listings of surplus stock or to appraise aircraft being offered for sale.

Component Repairs

Executive Jet Support offer our customers the use of our in-house repair department, which is dedicated to the repair or overhaul of rotable components including engines, propellers and landing gear and encompasses all repairable (rotable) airframe components.

The teams extensive knowledge and experience of repairs, coupled with our worldwide MRO alliances and preferred vendors with favourable pricing models, allows the department efficiently manage the repair process. This service is available to all our airline customers, and will enable the customer to save both time and money, by contracting out their repairs to an organisation that specialises in the field.

The airline will benefit through reduced turnaround times, reduced cost of repairs and increase efficiency of the repair of their components. Regular computerised reporting of all components currently on repair, with a dedicated repair team specialist assigned to each airline, means the airline employee responsible for repairs is constantly on top of his components currently out on repair.

Coupling our service with fixed price handling fee and low cost shipping solutions, the airline can be assured of making the maximum return on their unserviceable stock, usually a part of the inventory left to languish, be forgotten about and written off.

Consignment Solutions

In addition to our core business of airline component support and repair, we offer consignment solutions to airlines looking to minimise their on-site stock holding and maximise the return on the value of their stocks. We offer this service both to companies no longer needing to support an aircraft type and wanting to maximise the sale value of a now obsolete stock, and to companies still operating or supporting the aircraft type but looking to reduce in-house holdings, gain a return on the value of these stocks, but still have just in time availability of their stocks. Regular computerised reporting of their stock, values sold and exchanged and profit made and divided are provided on a monthly or quarterly basis. All stock held on behalf of a customer is available for immediate release back to the customer, and while with EJS is fully inventoried and insured.

This service is not limited to stocks of under-utilised components but can encompass entire aircraft being removed from service. EJS will manage the ferry, teardown and production of an inventory list of the aircraft, before relocation to our warehouse and upload to our database systems (and thus to all major worldwide aviation databases) to commence the marketing cycle applicable to your stock

Aircraft, Engine & Surplus Purchases and Sales

We also trade in entire regional aircraft, their associated engines, propellers and landing gears, and component packages, purchasing entire airline fleets and airline or MRO surplus stocks, inventory no longer required by the seller due to change in company strategy, fleet ownership or economic circumstances.

We routinely engage in the purchase of single or multiple fleets of regional aircraft, listed but not limited to those shown on our Platforms page, and will employ a mix of airframe resale and airframe teardown to realise the maximum potential of the purchased package. Often we will also purchase the inventory held by the airline to support these aircraft, offering a one-stop solution to the airline to achieve a quick but cost effective solution to phasing out aircraft types.
